Jamie Snowden

Jamie Snowden trains in Lambourn, making use of the outstanding training facilities on offer.

After a season as pupil assistant for trainer Paul Nicholls, Jamie then worked for three seasons as assistant trainer and amateur jockey to Nicky Henderson. Jamie rode in the region of 100 winners, including “First Love” for Her Majesty the Queen. Jamie started his own training career in 2008. He has since trained over 250 winners, including two Cheltenham Festival winners.

Dan Skelton

Dan has worked with horses his whole life and spent nine years as Assistant Trainer to Champion Trainer Paul Nicholls. This period included working with many of Paul's best known horses such as Kauto Star, Denman and Big Bucks..

Dan trains from Lodge Hill in Alcester, Warwickshire. Lodge Hill is a purpose built state of the art training facility which includes an EquaFlow gallop, schooling grounds, lunge rings, solariums, massage unit and ample turn out pens. Dan has won nearly £7.5 million in prizemoney since he took out his license in 2013.

Ben Pauling

After starting his career as assistant trainer to Nicky Henderson, Ben Pauling kick started his own training career in 2013. During Ben's short career to date he has amassed three Cheltenham Festival winners; Willoughby Court, Le Breuil and, most recently, Global Citizen as well as Aintree champions Barters Hill and Kildisart. He has recently moved to a stunning new yard, Naunton Downs, just a twenty-minute drive from Cheltenham.

Olly Murphy

Olly was with Alan King before moving to Ireland where he was directly involved with 10 Cheltenham festival winners as Assistant Trainer to Gordon Elliot.

Foxtrot Racing have been with Olly since 2017 when he moved back to his home in Wilmcote near Stratford Upon Avon to set up his own training establishment with just 15 horses. A brilliant horseman and very impressive man. He has now trained nearly 300 winners including a Grade 1 winner and won over £2 million in prize money.

Olly also won the longest drive competition at the Foxtrot Racing Golf Day!

Harry Derham

Harry is one of the most exciting young trainers in Britain.

Havng been Pupil Assistant and then Assistant Trainer to Paul Nicholls he set out on his own and has produced from amazing results. He has enjoyed a 22% win strike rate since starting out.

Harry is based at Upper Farm Stables,  a purpose built yard among 90 acres of Berkshire Countryside.

Emma Lavelle

Emma Lavelle has been a National Hunt racehorse trainer since 1998. She is married to former jockey Barry Fenton, and they run the Bonita Racing Stables together in Wiltshire. Emma is well-known for training the champion gelding Paisley Park, who won the Stayers' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival and the Long Walk Hurdle at Ascot, but has achieved success at every level of the sport and we are thrilled that she is part of our team of trainers.

Sara Bradstock

Sara Bradstock is known for her horsemanship, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to the welfare and performance of every horse under her care.

 

The daughter of Lord Oaksey trained the first novice in over 40 years to win the Cheltenham Gold Cup, as well as a Bet365 Gold Cup winner and last season a Midlands Grand National winner. Her Old Manor Stables are based at Letcombe Bassett, near Wantage in Oxfordshire.

 

Her yard is steeped in character and has access to incredible private gallops, purpose-built schooling grounds, and quiet hacking routes through the surrounding countryside.

Ruth Carr

Ruth is our sole flat trainer. We have one horse in training on the flat which gives us some summer fun.

Ruth took out a training license in February 2008 and has now trained over 500 winners and had over 960 placed horses.

Her hands on approach and time spent getting to know every horse’s individual personality and needs brings out the best in each horse. The horses spend much of the day turned out in paddocks and we love Ruth attention to the horses' mental as well as physcial wellbeing.

Noel George and Amanda Zetterholm

Noel George and Amanda Zetterholm are one of the most exciting young training partnerships in Europe, currently competing at the very top level in France. Noel George oversees the training programme, bringing deep expertise and attention to detail while Amanda Zetterholm delivers an outstanding ownership experience, with regular updates and first-class hospitality.

 

Based in Chantilly, just north of Paris, they train from one of the world’s premier racing centres — easily accessible for owners travelling from the UK.
