Jamie Snowden

Jamie Snowden trains in Lambourn, making use of the outstanding training facilities on offer.

After a season as pupil assistant for trainer Paul Nicholls, Jamie then worked for three seasons as assistant trainer and amateur jockey to Nicky Henderson. Jamie rode in the region of 100 winners, including “First Love” for Her Majesty the Queen. Jamie started his own training career in 2008. He has since trained over 250 winners, including two Cheltenham Festival winners.

Dan Skelton

Dan has worked with horses his whole life and spent nine years as Assistant Trainer to Champion Trainer Paul Nicholls. This period included working with many of Paul's best known horses such as Kauto Star, Denman and Big Bucks..

Dan trains from Lodge Hill in Alcester, Warwickshire. Lodge Hill is a purpose built state of the art training facility which includes an EquaFlow gallop, schooling grounds, lunge rings, solariums, massage unit and ample turn out pens. Dan has won nearly £7.5 million in prizemoney since he took out his license in 2013.

Dr Richard Newland

Richard is the top small national hunt trainer in the country. His modern stables near Droitwich Spa were designed by Richard himself and provide a top class training facility with huge stables, enough turnout for every horse and fantastic gallops.

Richard is consistently one of the top trainers in Britain and Ireland for strike-rate.  His record also includes many top races including the Summer Plate, Betfair hurdle, Coral Cup at Cheltenham Festival and most notably winning the Grand National with Pineau De Re. He is hugely respected within racing circles for his ability to improve horses.

Ben Pauling

After starting his career as assistant trainer to Nicky Henderson, Ben Pauling kick started his own training career in 2013. During Ben's short career to date he has amassed three Cheltenham Festival winners; Willoughby Court, Le Breuil and, most recently, Global Citizen as well as Aintree champions Barters Hill and Kildisart. He has recently moved to a stunning new yard, Naunton Downs, just a twenty-minute drive from Cheltenham.

Olly Murphy

Olly was with Alan King before moving to Ireland where he was directly involved with 10 Cheltenham festival winners as Assistant Trainer to Gordon Elliot.

Foxtrot Racing have been with Olly since 2017 when he moved back to his home in Wilmcote near Stratford Upon Avon to set up his own training establishment with just 15 horses. A brilliant horseman and very impressive man. He has now trained nearly 300 winners including a Grade 1 winner and won over £2 million in prize money.

Olly also won the longest drive competition at the Foxtrot Racing Golf Day!

Oliver Greenall

Oliver trains near Malpas, in South Cheshire. His Stockton Hall yard is surrounded by farmland, woods and streams and offers a fantastic facilities and an outstanding environment to prepare horses for national hunt racing.

Having trained point to point for six seasons he is now estsblished as one of the most exciting 'up and coming' trainers in the country.

Oliver previously gained a vast amount of experience, not least five years employment at Mick Easterby’s yard and a spell with Sir Mark Prescott. During his time as a jockey he won the Men’s National Point-to-Point Championship in 2007/8 when he recorded a record 56 winners in points before being crowned Champion Amateur Jockey in 2008/9.

Christian Williams

Christian has a wealth of knowledge and experience both from high-level race riding but also working for a large selection of the most successful trainers in the sport.

 

Christian now trains at Ogmore Farm, which is easily accessible off the M4 in South Wales. His stunning base at Ogmore-by-Sea is like no other yard in the country. Horses can cross the Ewenny and Ogmore River to the largest and highest sand dunes in Western Europe which cover a vast 840 acres of hills, trails and natural streams. All leading to an uninterrupted two mile stretch of magnificent sandy beach. It's a stunning location to watch your horse exercise.

Martin Keighley

Martin has trained over 200 winners to date, including 19 winners at Cheltenham.

He and his family are based in the beautiful and historic setting of Condicote Stables, a short drive from Cheltenham in the heart of the Cotswolds. For many years Condicote was home to jump racing legend David “The Duke” Nicholson.

Martin's communication and attention to detail is outstanding and we've enjoyed success and plenty of fun with every Foxtrot horse that has joined his yard.

Fergal O’Brien

Fergal moved to a new training facility, Ravenswell, in 2019. Located in the heart of the Cotswolds the facility includes 80 boxes, two gallops and a schooling strip. A Grade 1 winning trainer, he continues to enjoy enormous success on the racecourse while providing plenty of fun and entertainment for owners off the course.

Jamie Insole

Jamie is the latest trainer to join our ranks. Jamie is joining Richard Newland on the license at Urloxhey Stables from where he will be training flat horses. Jamie was Assistant Trainer to Charlie Hills having previously worked with Alan King. We are delighted to support Jamie as we venture into the flat for the summer of 2024!
